Refund policy

1. Exchange Window

We offer exchanges within 2 days of delivery.
Items must be:

*Unused and unwashed
*In original condition with tags intact


2. How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange:

1.Visit our Exchange Portal: CLICK HERE
2.Enter your order details and upload product photos.
3.Once approved, pickup will be arranged within 2–3 working days.
4.After the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality check, your exchange order will be shipped.


3. Exchange Charges

# Exchanges may be chargeable depending on the reason for exchange.
# If the delivered size matches your order but does not fit, exchange shipping charges will apply.


4. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange or return:

*SALE items   
*Shades/Sunglasses   
*Accessories


5. Order Cancellation

  • SALE orders cannot be cancelled.
  • To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
  • Orders that have already been shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.

6. Refund Policy

We currently do not offer refunds.
Only exchanges are available.
